  • I periodically check my applications and found the decision letter when I went to applyweb. Never got an email. When I checked it this morning it wasn't there so it was uploaded at some point today. I applied to CP subfield with a focus on conflict/Africa.

  • Judging by the results reported from previous years, on average a very very small number of candidates were accepted each year, There have been already 6 or 7 here reporting acceptance for 2019, plus a few more who got the places but didnt report, quite likely the annual maximum the program would admit. Thus, I have no unrealistic hopes. Congrats to those given the offers.
