To the person below, honestly even if they are accredited and i have a choice between hunter and liu i would choose hunter because liu like u said is on probation now and if they don’t do something they will no longer be accredited. So why would i take the risk to go to a program that is on probation now and what will i do if they are no longer accredited while i am in the program. It will be a waste of money and time. It is just not safe. Also, all my professors and the SLPs told me to stay away from LIU because of the probation. It is very risky

To people asking about Seton Hall - all my application information (including letters of rec) were in by mid December. I did not have an interview. They are only giving me 2 weeks to make a decision so I am guessing acceptances come out in waves. Also, acceptances are all by the Dean calling you personally - so it may take longer to get to everyone. Good luck!

Had them email/call me multiple times, then applied. Days after sending in application, rejected. Told they have a LARGE applicant pool, but they had to extend their deadline 2.5 months.. just doesn't make much sense.

Awarded an assistantship for the first year and tentative admission for/scholarship associated with CLASS for ALL NM pending passing of an oral proficiency exam! So excited that I can now be an SLP for Spanish speaking kiddos.

Out of field. Took pre read for 1 1/2 yrs. 2.9 overall, 3.35 major GPA 3.52 CSD If you are accepting can someone start a fb group?! I still have other schools I want to hear from but I’m so excited to be accepted

Purdue was my #1, so i'm pretty bummed. But congrats to everyone who got in!

Had an interview with them and was told I would hear back 2 weeks from my interview date. But heard back 2 days later! Loved the school and the people there. Good luck to everyone else!
