Knew this was coming cause my PI told me but still very sad. 4 publications, one of which was first authored at ICML. 2 interviews which went well. 4 years of research experience (2 years out of college). 3.8 undergrad GPA + 3.8 GPA masters at a #1 CS school

Had double MS degree in CS+4 years of job experience. 1st MS 3.30, 2nd M.S. 4.0/4.0 from Germany but still got rejection. No publication btw.
