MS GPA 3.86 + 3 years of full time research experience + 1.5 year of undergraduate research experience + 4 publications. Not sure what they are looking for, but pretty dissapointed.

1.5 Years of research experience; 4.0 Graduate GPA; 2 pending publications; email notification that there was an update to the portal. I had written what I thought was an amazing personal statement. I truly don't believe their admissions in holistic. Several years of research experience and connections to UW are always #1.
