I don't think I was a good fit for the program and vice versa. A little sad but rejection IS redirection!!

Undergrad + Masters in economics, written a masters & undergrad thesis, no publications, 1/2 year econ pre-doc experience

undergrad in psychology, graduate in linguistics from u of Mississippi, instructor at u of Mississippi. no gre, no research experience except for UG thesis.

No GRE, Low UG, M.Ed #1- 3.9, M.Ed#2 -4.0 from HGSE, Had a strong profile, no interview.

Kind of saw this coming as there was no invitation to interview with any faculty. But we ball.

CIS track. In shock. no GRE. had several years of research experiences including peer reviewed publication including co-authored articles and book chapters. no single author peer-reviewed work yet. 5 years of teaching experience as well.
