Speech Language Pathology, Southern Illinois Hi guys, so my future is looking bleak.. Anyone have advice on what to do upon not getting into grad school? I applied to 12 schools with a 3.48 gpa and 3.0 major with a score of 1040 on my gre. Does anyone on here have similar stats that did get in places? it would be really helpful to know for reapplying.

Speech Language Pathology, Queens College To the Queens College poster, Congratulations on your Acceptance! Which is the other program? I am currently an undergrad at the QC Comm. Dis. program, trust me, its a GREAT program. All professors are experts in their field and are very approachable. It's truly a great program. Good luck in your decision! :)

Speech Language Pathology, University Of Montana Any more word on University of Montana? I know that the folks on the grad committee had been sick in March but I'm having a hard time that they're still deciding. It's almost May and I haven't heard a peep; the department secretary says he isn't authorized to give out information yet. I figured I would have gotten a wait list or rejection notice by now.

Speech Language Pathology, Michigan State University To the poster below on back up plans, maybe you could do your masters in education, specifically special education? OR if you really want to do speech path, you can change a few things possibly retake the GRE again, be a speech aide or a teachers aide? Work as an aide in a rehab center?. Don't give up hope I had to apply for a second time. I just retook my GRE, did some more volunteering. Also consider the schools you're applying to, they may be a lot more competetive then you thought. Hope this helps! :)

Speech Language Pathology, West Chester University Of PA My mailed acceptance letter was dated the first week in April, but I just got it this week, and I got the email this week. I think I was originally first round then moved to second round for some reason. Most people in the program there haven't heard anything at all yet!
