Speech Language Pathology, Arizona State University RE: ASU interviews- they require an in-person interview in order to be accepted. However, they don't send any decisions (i believe) 'til after interviews. If several invited students can't/don't show up, or are crazy/rude/etc, I think they'd pull from the non-invited list.

Speech Language Pathology, Boston University Spoke to Brie Goellner this morning. She informed me that notifications for the second round of interviews will be sent out by the end of the month. Sounds like the email sent over the weekend was simply a general message. Posting this information to save people from having to call her and to save her from answering the same questions from those confused by the email.

Speech Language Pathology, Masters (F13), Arizona State University I have not received notice of interview as well. My question is a general one to all posters, How many waves of interviews do schools do? If you are not notified in the initial wave, what is the likelihood of being accepted?

Speech Language Pathology, Radford University To the post asking about Radford funding... My email asked for me to submit an essay for the opportunity to win funding for a fellowship.... I'm not sure if being out of state would affect it or not

Speech Language Pathology, Boston University And over a 3-day weekend! Oh well, just glad to hear something since it means that CSDCAS did their part and that my application actually reached the university. Silver lining: not an outright rejection, so there's still some hope.

Speech Language Pathology, Boston University seems cruel to send out an email over the weekend when there is absolutely nothing we can do to follow-up. perhaps it was done strategically so we don't bombard them with phone calls and emails :)
