TTPB I don't get their logic. They are late already, and they go about converting PHD applications to Master's, even though most PHD applicants are likely to have a Master's degree already and therefore are likely to reject it, while they have kept the Master's applicants still waiting. Like, We had some reasons behind applying to a particular program, just tell us if we're in or not.
