Interviewed by PI on 3.13, ghost, then rej

No GRE, master's GPA 3.9, some publications. Interviewed multiple times with different professors. Followed up via emails but received no responses. Initial notification came from the CS department; official notice followed a week later from the school. Fortunately, I had a great offer elsewhere and would have almost certainly turned down the UO offer if it had been extended. However, the lack of communication throughout the process left a negative impression. It also seemed they were interested in admitting me but couldn't proceed due to funding issues this year. FYI, this year for those accepted, TA 0.45 (?) will be offered with stipends around $2,600.

Masters GPA 4/4. NLP field. No interview. two publications. Received rejection directly from the department. Will receive official rejection next week.

Email with letter of acceptance

(Not Heard back yet) To the posters below: {1.} were you interviewed before getting the offer? {2.} does the offer state anything about funding ?

did undergrad in a completely different field, but went to CC to study CS. CC GPA was 3.5

Anybody else has applied to the University of Oregon and got acceptance

My first acceptance. Got offers from both professors I interviewed with.

Has anyone here got reject form UO CS PhD program yet? Why haven't they still given out all the results?

TTPB: I received the offer from UO at the end of January. My area is HPC. I got a better offer already, so I just decline the offer from UO 2 days ago. Good luck to anyone in the waitlist .

Anybody here who got Ph.D. acceptance from the University of Oregon networks and systems group? Also, when?
