Email saying a decision was posted. Not surprising, McGill is very competitive and my background is in a different engineering discipline. GRE not sent.

Had an interview with the PI before the application and got an oral offer.

MSc Mech Thesis rejection

Contacted and met with the prof before submitting. No interview from the department. No funding details yet, only admission acceptance email from the department.

Declined the offer.

From a 2nd gen IIT. Applied for the MSc program for fluid mechanics specialization. 1 first-authored journal in PoF, and 3 three international conference papers with one being in TU Darmstadt and the rest were in old IITs. Already accepted a D-PhD offer from a better-ranked American university. McGill is a bit too competitive.

MEng acceptance. McGill Mech Eng Undergrad, 3.7+ gpa, two internship experience. Will decline the offer.

TTPB: I reached out today and this is the mail "Thank you for contacting us. Admissions decisions should be finalized by mid-April."

TTPB: ME Master rejection, are you non-thesis? Did you apply with a concentration?
