International student, but did my undergrad in Canada. 3.9 GPA in the last two years, 4 undergrad research experiences :(

Could anyone followup or provide any more information? I had an interview long time ago but still haven't heard anything about admission. Finger crossed and hope to see how it goes with other people. The pandemic may make the process late, and wondering if anyone has already got the offer?

Recommended by department. Official admission would follow within 3 weeks.

Interview then acceptance with $15,000 CAD

Anyone been contacted by the department? Been since early December and still "in review"

Offered funding to cover all tuition/fees plus about $13.5K/year.

Good LoRs; Master's thesis in the relevant discipline; 3 internships - 1 international; 1 article in a conference proceeding. Had a long trail of conversations via email with the prospective supervisor. Despite his interest, he couldn't promise me a position due to funding constraints.

I had to haress them basically to give me an answer after a ridiculous 5 month wait. Pathetic.

I submitted at the end of February and still have not heard back. They only told me that I am not in the first round but that they will let me know "when they decide". My application still says "submitted" only. Anybody ?

POI informed me around 1.5 week before. And the official offer arrived today! Hallelujah!
