I contacted my POI and my POI sent me the unofficial acceptance email. If it helps, I had my interview way back in December so that could be a factor why I heard back. Also, I feel that they did their best to come back to me asap because I have an offer at my current institution that I have to reply to soon. So I think it is normal you didn't hear back at this point. I understand that waiting is really hard so if you feel the need to email again you should! Hope everything works out for you soon~~

I was told this week after contacting them that the department is still waiting to get funding details from the university. They also said that applicants might have to wait until late March to hear back because of this. However I received an unofficial acceptance yesterday with funding. So I guess you could hear back anytime between now and late March... Fingers crossed for everyone :)

Does anyone hear from ISU applied linguistics? I had an interview back in January, and contacted the program on 2/17. They said my application was still under review. If you got any updates, please share. Thank you!

To the person below, I had an interview back in December and haven't heard back yet. I think it's normal :) If you look at when the results came out last year it was mostly in February!

Had an interview with two POIs on Jan 24th - the professors were super kind and very informative. Still waiting for the admission decision tho :/ Did anyone get any updates? Fingers crossed.
