I received a conditional offer for summer 2023 admission. The conditions are, I need to submit my passport copy and a copy of my tickets to the UK. I am not sure if I have funding. If anyone knows, could you please tell me how it works with ICL?

TTPB: I contacted my POI in August, applied in October, and interviewed only once in November.
