Originally applied in January. Admissions sent me an email after April 15 and invited me to a Zoom call where they told me my application would be a better fit in a different program than the one I applied to (PhD Comparative and International Education). They suggested changing my application to EdD in something unrelated to my research statement. I respectfully declined. I expect the portal to show a rejection soon. They could have communicated this decision sooner in my opinion as I had been waiting awhile.

As others stated, decision did not come in until long after the 4-6 week window. This one was rough to hear but sincere congratulations to anyone who was accepted!
