They are rejecting on the minimum criteria for pointers(India being 75 per cent) in specific domain subjects like control engineering even if your overall pointers are above the minimum criteria with a good profile. Be also careful while writing SOP, please do clearly include why TU delft and elaborate on what research topics you want to work on there. Hope this advice helps future aspirants
