Accepted into Stabile, ended up declining admission.

Master's GPA: 3.99. Did research in the same lab as a master's student with 2 publications (1 co-first author) and the professor offered me a position after obtaining funding, which I have accepted.

7 years work experience, 5 in government research, first authorships

Was rejected from the PhD but was offered acceptance to the MA.

Submitted two weeks after application was open, since admission was rolling-based there could be more bias for earlier applications. Later learned that the spring 2026 cohort was about 50 people, and also the last time the program will have a spring cohort.

no GRE.

BSc in Artificial Intelligence from European university, GPA 3.6/4 + Exchange in USA, 1 research internship, 1 applied internship, 1 paper (thesis), startup founder with 300k year revenue, 2 Teaching Assistant positions. Mandatory video interview done 04/09/2026 - still waiting on decision

TBH I thought I did terrible during the interview but ig not. Also was really confused when they sent out interview invitations to begin with since they don’t mention it as part of the application process. LETS GOOOO.

rejected from both phd and masters. 1.5 years research.

Finally got in! It's unbelievable. Had an interview in early Feb. Waitlisted for 2 weeks and then accepted!
