Did anyone hear back from Caltech ChemE yet? I had an interview 11/01 and have not heard back anything since

4.0 GPA from T15 US University, 2 years of research experience, one first-author publication, multiple conference presentations and two presentation awards, didn't take GRE. Not really surprised by the result, but still a little disappointed because I thought my interview went well.

Invited to interview with a specific professor I mentioned in my SOP, interview is first week of January.

Ignore the waitlist, I wrote to the grad office and here's an update from them: "All official letters will be uploaded in the CollegeNet portal by the Graduate Office this week."

Ignore the waitlist. Has anyone (international) heard back from Caltech? And is it a reject if I haven't already got an interview invite?

Interviewed with them. Just received an email about that they could not no longer further consider :( Official decision to arrive at a later date.
