- I applied for the PhD program. I received an email from the application system to access the Howdy portal. In the portal, I can see that I have been offered admission to the MS in Civil Engineering. There is no information about funding. Major: Structure. No GRE and three first authored publications. Does anyone know if they offer any TA or RA positions to MS students?
