Seems like the same email from the DGS as other waitlisted applicants. I did reach out and the DGS told me that they don't have a general waitlist for their PhD program, but rather, they waitlist students based on area of emphasis, meaning it isn't you and 30 candidates waiting for one of 12 spots, but rather it's 1-2 people waiting per spot. 2a/1w/9r/4p
