Emailed with notification to check portal. Was not surprised, the cultural and financial situation just seems so dire in US universities, and I think international applications have less appeal/are an added layer of complication. I heard somewhere that UPenn had a lot fewer sports to offer than they initially anticipated. Ah well. Onwards and upwards!
