- This is the second time i apply. Last time I only got 2 MS offer. This time I have better offer, so I turn Purdue down. It's been tough, and I deeply understand the anxiety in those who are desperate to move forward as PhD candidates but still have no offer. This time I hope my vacancy can help one of you, and I believe all of you who are and were in the waitlist or rejected the best in your journey of life.
