- I emailed asking when I could expect a decision and they replied that they are negotiating with the admitted candidates but that I am on the waitlist. Has anyone gotten an official rejection from UMD English? I'm not sure if being on the waitlist means anything or if it's just everyone who applied and wasn't initially accepted.
