- Got a mail regarding an update in my UCSB application and was told to check the portal. Went to the portal to find a decision letter that says I have been provisionally admitted to UCSB ECE MS and PhD CCSP track. But there is no mention of funding. There is also a mention of completing an SIR [Statement of Intent to Register] and submitting Final/Official WES course-by-course ICAP evaluation to finalize admission
