Got emails from the program director and two other professors, one of whom I had contacted before applying. Very happy about the offer and will probably join. Masters from a similar program and four years of working in the field as a researcher-practitioner and currently lead a well funded research project, parts of which I hope to extend to the PhD. One published article and two in peer review
