Ä° was admitted into the school of public program in Biostatistics. I was sent a link to apply for funding and scholarships. I have other offer from the University of South Florida for phd in mathematics ( Statistics). Which do you think I should go for in terms of standard of living because I seems Tampa Florida is more expensive to live than Arizona.
