- This is part of the letter: "I am delighted to inform you of your admission to the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania. As you know, this program is very competitive and I congratulate you on your academic accomplishments. " But I am not sure about the funding. The whole letter doesn't mention a word of scholarship. If I can't get full scholarship, I can't go anyway. What should I do next? Thanks
