- Seven of my friends on a forum and I received an email stating that if we were not invited to an interview, it meant that the department did not shortlist our applications. The email also mentioned that our applications would be reviewed if there was a vacant position after April 15th. It sounds a bit weird to me. I think they didn't review applications and just sent a template email.
