- Interviewed 02/15/2024-02/17/2024 in person with 15 other applicants. They stated they would be accepting 5 students. Accepted via email in a letter from the director of the program on 02/22/2024, exactly one week post-interview. Stats: GPA 3.95, two bachelors degrees (music and Biochemistry), MSc thesis in biochemistry expected in May 2024. One co-first author pub in preprint and in the process of submission, 4 middle author pubs, several posters and conferences, 5 years research experience total. One other acceptance to T25 biomedical sciences umbrella program, one waitlist at a T5 for pathobiology. Will be making decisions as quickly as possible out of respect to others on waitlist, but am leaning towards accepting here as there is a PI with a perfect research fit.
