- EES is an interdisciplinary program, I applied to the program with a B.S. in Geology. Was sort of a reach in the sense that my major didn't match up too well with the program. I would have had much better chances if I was applying with an Environmental Science degree or an Earth Systems Science undergraduate degree. I had no research experience besides working in a seismic laboratory for almost 2 years.
