- Emailed UMD Psychology Doctoral Program Office. They stated that my application is still under review. However, an invitation has been extended to the first round of applicants. If the review committee is not satisfied with the current round of invitees they will return to the applicant pool and select more students to interview and to be on the lookout for a possible second interview day. Otherwise, all decisions on applications will be sent out by mid-to-late-March
