- MAKE YOUR DECISION NOW!! From Virginia Tech's Grad Coordinator: "The Virginia Tech waitlist works as follows. Unlike most departments, we don't 'over admit'--this means that if we have five funded spots available, we only have five offers out at a time. The waitlist process can go on up to April 15th--at that point, we have to finalize our class (as does every other graduate program--this is the agreed upon date for wrapping up funded admissions offers)." They will not send any offers out after Saturday so if you don't make a decision you are SERIOUSLY screwing over the people on the waitlist. Please just make your decision, DO NOT WAIT!!!
