- Found there is no post about the STP program so I decided to post. Major in EE during undergraduate school. Vey low GPA. Very strong motivation letter (I guess). 1 publication as first author. 1 very strong recommendation letter + 1 >=good recommendation letter. Heard nothing about the ESOP and the status of the scholarship still said REQUESTED
