- After over a month since I saw people post responses from UMass on here, I emailed and asked if they had any updates. Was told, "I'm afraid that we still are not in a position to offer you a spot in our incoming class. Many students who were admitted are still deciding on their plans, and unfortunately many don't let us know until the deadline of April 15. If there is any way to let you know of a decision prior to April 15, I promise that I will be in touch with you." So technically a waitlist, but basically a rejection.
