- SLPA for a year in the same district - high school/elementary school, over 10 years of childcare experience, volunteering with adults with aphasia, volunteering at a hospital, work in a dental and hospital clinic (receptionist type work). I thought I had a strong application - strong essays and letters as well as experience so I'm very disappointed and don't know where I went wrong to not even make the waitlist.
