- Did not take GRE. ~2 years research experience in undergrad. In a gap year right now to work on research/lab management FT in my undergrad lab. No posters/talks (mainly due to health issues in my last year of undergrad), but 1 mid-author pub on the way. Lots of teaching/science writing experience. Worked extremely hard on personal statement/CV/meeting PIs with similar interests before applications were due. Application sent on deadline (Dec 1st 2022), received interview invite on Dec 9th, interviewed in mid-January. Thought I bombed the admissions committee interview, but PI interviews went well.
