- Subject: PhD Decision Dear Applicant, The admission committee evaluated each applicant record carefully including the university you graduated from, your GPA, GRE, TOEFL scores, recommendation letters, and other submitted material. Unfortunately, your overall record does not satisfy our admission standard. Recieved an impolite rej letter. No thank, no sign-off. They do not even tell me who they are and I finally find it from the sender's address. I paid 200 dollars for the application fee and shipping of official transcripts, which are required for the reviewing process. They don't care about applicants and don't know how to respect others. Go suck it
