- Dear All, This is a short message to thank you for your interest in the Physics Ph.D. program at Michigan State University. Unfortunately, we are not able to make you an offer to join our program this year. We continued making offers until this weekend as we heard back very late from quite a few students whom we made first–round offers to, but have now reached the maximum number of students we are able to admit. I have been very impressed with all the applications received and very much appreciate the effort and care put in. I'm hep-ex
