Received interview invite on Feb 1. Interviewed with 4 professors and visited multiple labs in mid Feb. They somehow forgot to send me the rejection decision last week. I only got to know my result today after asking about my status. All my previous inquiries in the past two months were ghosted. Be prepared for a not well managed communication system.
