- Ignore "rejected" status -- I just logged into the portal (Saturday March 12th at 7pm London time) and as the prophecies foretold THE UPLOAD BUTTON HAS DISAPPEARED! It has ONLY disappeared for this application (I have two applications to different departments pending) so, the collective experience and wisdom of all previous applicants indicates that I should receive a rejection notification tonight at 2am. To clarify what this means -- when you log into the portal, your application has a button that says "Supporting Documents." If you click on that you should see an option to "Upload" additional documents. Everyone says that this "Upload" button disappears the night before you receive a rejection, which arrives in your inbox at 2am. Since I'm seeing other people receiving good news from this department today (congratulations!) it makes sense that I might also see a response later tonight.
