- Ignore waitlist. Does anybody know the details of the funding issues? These applications feel like a scam. They should not be allowed to accept $140 payments for applications to specific areas (e.g. Theory) if they anticipate accepting 0 applicants into those areas. Especially since one explicitly chooses a specialty in the form. Don't forget also that we're paying higher application fees for their review of a comparatively smaller number of application materials (e.g. no CV).
