I just came to realize that what this programme requires is the perfect fit to the programme, and that doesn't necessarily mean having the highest grades. My personal statement and writing samples were all in perfect alignment with the programme content, and I had a lot of extracurricular and co-curricular activities that were directly linked to literature and the sharing of literary knowledge. So, those who dream of reading literature at Oxford, do try! You won't lose anything by applying.
