- I applied for direct admission into the Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Construction Engineering concentration) but they offer me admission for the Master's program. I have some research experience, one conference paper published, and an ongoing journal paper. I did not take GRE. I tried to contact a potential advisor before applying but I had no success.
