- Emailed to check portal. I did not bother to check the portal because I knew I got rejected when my friends received emails from their POIs and the admission committee (several days earlier) ... B.A. from top3 Liberal Art, no MA degree. I guess it is impossible to get in without 1+ MA degrees, no matter how "qualified" you are (in ur own opinion, and in your advisor's). Got to climb the ladder.
