I was at the open house. NYU is apparently doing "rolling acceptances"--so I imagine, they're only accepting as many people as they have slots (rumored: 9) and will make additional offers as people decline. So to my fellow NYU acceptees, do take all the time you need, but notify as soon as you know! I think that they're only making offers to those invited to the open house, but I could be wrong.
