- Referred to the CIR masters program. So we're supposed to stack up more masters programs while undergrads make it? I already have 2 Masters, 5 years of a senior managerial role, am a Research fellow in two think tanks, have an academic book coming out soon and am a columnist at newspaper. I also have an engineerint degree, so even that i have under my belt. What else am i supposed to do? -,,-
