- GPA is BA. My MA GPA is 3.7. I received an e-mail, asking me to check the portal. The rejection letter was short and didn't contain any feedback. Not that I had great expectations, but my research fit was excellent with the department and PoIs, so maybe something else played a factor. As one of the applicants posted below, this whole process truly seems like an insane lottery. What can I say, we are all trying our best to get a shot at the prize. Such an arbitrary process, trying my best not to let it get the better of me (and my sanity).
