FAKE acceptance email from sciadmit@pitt.edu. I see a lot of people have gotten this email in all different fields - I contacted Pitt SCI admissions and this was their response, so rest easy if you clicked on the link / provided your info: "My understanding is that this was an error related to the filter on who the email was sent to (in other words, this email should have been constrained to only send to those who applied to SCI Grad programs). Somehow that filter was not applied. This is still a closed system, however, so this should not be a problem. However, I have CC’d our tech folks so they are aware as well. "
