Contacted one of the viterbi officials today. He said they'll try and release majority of waitlist decisions by 1st june as and when people drop their seats. But they can even release the decisions in June and July as they've kept the deposit deadline as 2nd June. Tbh, narrow chances of admit and no point waiting more as the embassies aren't opening much visa slots since past 10 days. Hardly a few could get one slot and even the emergency slots would be affected.
