- Important news for those still waiting to hear on waitlists: in these instances, no news is often good news. 99% of the time, programs will notify you in some way if they do not think they will be able to accept you. If you have not yet been rejected off of the waitlist, there is a chance you may be admitted, probably on the 15th (this applies especially if you have been waitlisted at a ~PGR-25 program and up). The 15th is ALWAYS a shitshow, maybe more so this year due to the pandemic. ALSO NOTE: if you have not contacted the DGS at the program where you have been waitlisted, now is a very good time to do so (be polite, but ask about your chances and when you can expect to hear back).
