- I was waitlisted at CUNY and reached out to the department to follow up on their decision. I received a nice personal message from the department head explaining the circumstances leading to them not being able to take me from the waitlist. Overall sucks, but the kindest rejection I could have gotten. Will be accepted an offer from CMU
